Storage space is required in each and every house & office. But you must be very careful to arrange the storage space. The storage space can be in the form of a room or just shelves. It should be in proportion. It should be shuffled regularly.
Green bulbs should be added in the store area. The storage area should be kept neat and clean. Excess goods should be stored below the bed (excess store - only sleeping material)
INTRODUCTION TO CLUTTER
The word "clutter" is the Middle English word, which means to coagulate or junk. Any kind of obstacle in the smooth flow of energy is defined as CLUTTER. This in turn creates stuckness and confusion in the lives of the occupant.
As soon as clutter accumulates the energy becomes stagnant. Hence the clutter becomes a symptom of the things happening with you in your life and then becomes a part of problem itself. The more of it you have, the more stagnant is the energy. Clutter accumulates bit by bit and then it slowly, grows and grows, and so does the stagnant energy around it starts accumulating, which then has a corresponding effect on your life.

Most of the people are just unaware how much clutter affects them. Clutter will affect you according to the type of person you are, how much of the stuff you have, where you have kept in your home, office, work place, and for how long you have had it. People keep old clothes, old shoes, old utensils, news papers, magazines, junk audio and video tapes, floppy discs, etc. these all items when kept constantly for long period of time resembles to clutter.

The above figure says that if your base is clutter (if you have ample of clutter) then the clutter just blocks your mind, body and soul. Thus it affects your intellectual power, thinking power, imagination, health, well being, prosperity and many major parts of lives. Here the mind, body and soul are in disharmony.

Obstruct your body

Keeps you confused
Affect the way people treat you

WHAT IS THE REASON BEHIND KEEPING CLUTTER?
The clutter is one of the physical characteristics of the problem. There are always many reasons why clutter is accumulated, excuses such as "I am too busy, lazy, stressed". If you can make time to acquire clutter (and people easily do that), then you can also make time to clear it. There are many reasons why you may have felt the need to keep the stuff you have. Some of them are:
"In case if I require" is very common reason that people give for keeping clutter. People cannot throw it away because it is sure to come in use someday. Keep reasonable amount of stocks, which you are going to use regularly.
Sometimes you can feel that you are attached to your belongings is because you feel that your own identity is tied up with them. It is fine to keep some gifts and mementos of happy times, providing they still have current value for you and there are not so many of them. They block your energy too much in the past instead of the present.
PLACEMENT OF CLUTTER AND ITS EFFECTS:
Our plot is divided into 9 equal parts. The 8 parts represents and corresponds to the 8 main directions and the ninth part is the center. Each direction has different properties and characteristics.
Clutter should not be placed in the center of your premises as it affects health, unity, prosperity, and major part of your life.
Clutter should not be placed below your bed or near your sleeping area.
Excess goods, stuff, belongings that are not used frequently should be just disposed off.

Where does clutter tend to collect in your home?
Junk rooms, your front entrance, behind doors, passage ways, under beds, on top of cupboard.
So now clear out clutter from your life and make a point to enter in the clutter free world i.e. the triangle of balance where the base of life is neat, clean and clutter free and hence your mind, body and soul are in best harmony and well balanced.
