The traditional practitioners of Vastu were called Vastu Shastris whose area of knowledge extended from philosophy to astronomy. Vastu guidelines are useful to individuals and the society. It takes care of the health and happiness of the individual. Vastu is the art of balancing and harmonizing the flow of natural energies in the surroundings to create beneficial effects in the lives of living entities.

People in ancient times were not satisfied in just creating the structure wherever the place was available as it is happening these days. They used to use the principles of Vastu for construction of palaces, temples and houses. Quality of the soil, shape of the plot, length, breath, directions and many other characteristics were considered. Emperors, rulers and high-class society used the principles of Vastu to benefit and protect them in their lives. The layperson had far less access to the science of Vastu. Although wealthy merchant families indeed seek advice from Vastu Shastris to help then to protect their lives, families and to enhance their opportunities for success.

Vastu is a combined study of science, art, influence of climatic, elements temperature, wind velocity, direction, sunlight, humidity, radiation and other weather conditions. All these forces have a distinct effect on a building and its dwellers. Vastu helps to achieve a balance between the human beings and their environment. The approach to of Vastu is practical, logical, result oriented and economical. When the science of Pynergy is used with Vastu for remedial measures, it is called as PyraVastu. Pynergy acts as an antenna or resonator of cosmic energy. With Pynergy influence, one can program to work with the rhythm of cosmic energy and reap its foremost benefits. Thus Vastu rectification becomes very practical and there are no structural alterations required. It can be applied in small and large properties.
